FAQ's (frequently asked questions)


Question:  Are your cues new?  What's the difference between the cues you carry and the ones on other sites?

Answer:  The cues we carry are brand new.  There is no difference between our cues and the cues you see on other sites or in your local store.  We all get them from the same place.  WE ARE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR EVERY CUE BRAND WE SELL, ALL CUES COME WITH FULL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.


Question:  Do the cues come with a shaft?

Answer:  Even though they are often not pictured, every cue we carry comes with the manufacturer's shaft.


Question:  What are the shipping charges?  Is there any sales tax?

Answer:  Most pool cues ship for free, some have shipping charges. Shipping charges can be determined by adding the product to your cart.    You will never be charged sales tax by us when shopping on our site.


Question:  How long will it take for me to get my cue?

Answer:  This will depend on 2 factors....if the item is in stock, and where you live.  Most items are in stock and ship out the day after you place your order (some ship out the same day, but consider this a bonus if it happens to you.  The earlier in the day you place your order the better the chances of this happening.)  Once they are shipped, transit times vary from 1 to 6 business days.  Cues can ship from a multitude of places, though most times they ship from our shop in Oregon.  We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee- again you can add items to your cart and begin the checkout process to determine your shipping charges without having to actually check out.


Question:  What is your return policy?

Answer:  As long as you do not chalk the cue, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for any reason whatsoever, no questions asked.  We will have UPS pick it up where they delivered it, and there are no restocking fees and no shipping charges.  We will credit your account when we receive the return item.  If you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded, unless you are returning an item that is defective and are requesting a replacement.


Question:  Can I get a different shaft than the one the manufacturer provides- example a non-standard size or a Predator shaft?

Answer:  We have recently modified our website to allow for shaft substitutions, including re-tapered shafts and matching Predator and OB-1  shafts.


Question:  Do you accept forms of payment besides credit card?

Answer:  We take checks and money orders.  Money orders are treated like checks, and both require up to 2 weeks to clear.  If you wish to order something with a check or money order, please make it out and send to:

Question:  Is it secure to order online?

Answer:  Our online ordering system uses a secure 3rd party (Verisign) transaction system.  It is absolutely safe.  Once the transaction is completed, we DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR SERVERS (Therefore in the unlikely event our server were hacked into, there is no Credit card information there).

Keep in mind that your liability is limited when you use a credit card- any reputable credit card company will immediately remove any disputed charges pending investigation with the merchant.


Question:  Do you ship internationally?

Answer:  We're sorry, but at this time we only ship within the United States.


Question:  Do you ship to APO addresses?

Answer:  We love it when our men and women in uniform order from us!  Unfortunately UPS can not deliver to APO addresses.  We can and will ship orders using the US postal service, but please be aware that once an item has shipped it becomes your property, and the USPS does not offer tracking and insurance.  Also please be aware that your order may take longer to process if it is being shipped to a PO box or APO address.


Question:  Do you carry any cues that are not shown on your site?

Answer:  We are constantly adding products, and sometimes we simply choose not to market items that are available to us.  If you are looking for a particular item, send us an email and we will let you know if we can get it.


Question:  I just need a replacement or extra shaft for a cue I already have.  Do you sell those?

Answer:  We have added a pool cue shafts section to the site- and extra shafts are available for most of the cues we carry.
