Return Policy

As long as you do not chalk the cue, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for any reason whatsoever, no questions asked.  We will have UPS pick it up where they delivered it, and there are no restocking fees and no shipping charges.  We will credit your account when we receive the return item.  If you had chosen expedited shipping with your original order those charges will NOT be refunded, unless you are returning an item that is defective and are requesting a replacement.  The same return policy applies to all other products offered on our website, provided that they have not been used and remain in original packaging where applicable.

Privacy Policy

The information provided when you order with us is never used for any purpose other than direct communication and to fulfill your order.  Your name, address, phone and email are all kept confidential.  For additional security, we do not store your credit card information on our server.   Our checkout page is SSL encrypted for security (right click and choose properties to view).

Terms and Conditions

When you visit our website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail when the need to contact you arises.  You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.  Regarding product descriptions and pricing, Cheapcues.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cheapcues.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
